The aim of the course is to place companies in the context of the macro-structural transformations of socio-economic models and to understand the impact of these changes on the organization of work. It seeks to understand how the transition from Fordism to post-Fordism has affected management devices, business values, social control logics and types of subjectivity in the contemporary world. The idea is to offer a more in-depth understanding of the current environment in which companies develop their strategies.
