The subject "Sustainability in the Field" is a fundamental part of the integrated training proposed by the MPGC - Sustainability. Through a field trip, students will be exposed to situations and dilemmas with the aim of reflecting on the challenges of promoting development in complex territories. The trip includes visits to the territory, as well as talks with private companies, federal agencies, municipal departments, business institutes, NGOs and local residents.

In addition to the aspect of relationships with different stakeholders, in the living reality in which these relationships take place, Sustainability in the Field also reminds us of the precepts of Integrated Training, of the importance of the relationships of each person with themselves; of each person with the others who make up our group; of our group with every place and person we meet, of all of us and each of us with the nature around us. How do we perceive all these relationships within a living and complex system? What emerges as knowledge from experience? In addition to the period in the field, the course includes a preparation class (online).
