Partnership between FGV and Lorenzetti forms leaders in the area of business management
FGV In Company and Lorenzetti established a partnership to train students in the MBA in Business Management course. The closing of the Master in Administration class took place at the School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) on April 10, 2023.
This is the fourth class held in partnership with FGV. The last class had taken place about 10 years ago and the company wanted all managers to have the same training. The positive experience of the previous groups and the excellence of the projects developed during the training are highlighted by Lorenzetti.
According to Valéria Silva, Lorenzetti's HR manager, the partnership was a great success for the company and provided great professional growth for the employees. “After 4 classes and 190 graduates in the MBA in Business Management course at FGV in Company, Lorenzetti is an excellent example that our partnership contributes to the professional development of the team and the growth of the Company. Of the graduates over the last 16 years, 73% or 140 employees remain at Lorenzetti, demonstrating the success of this program and the investment in its human resources. Lorenzetti completes 100 years in 2023. It is a young, robust company focused on constant innovation in its product line”.
The course coordinator, Professor Felipe Zambaldi, highlighted the interdisciplinarity promoted by the program, the diversity of profiles and abilities of its participants, the engagement of the class, and the synergistic consolidation of the program's contents through the completion projects applied to challenges and opportunities of the company.
