The event will analyze the challenges and perspectives of administrative reform with the participation of a minister.

The São Paulo School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EAESP ), in partnership with the People at the Forefront Movement , will host the debate “The Brazilian Administrative Reform: trajectories, challenges and perspectives for the modernization of the State” on November 24th at 4 pm . The meeting will be held at Rua Itapeva, 432, in São Paulo , and will bring together nationally renowned experts in the discussion on public management and state efficiency. 

The event will feature the participation of Minister Esther Dweck , of Management and Innovation in Public Services , who will discuss the contemporary challenges of modernizing public administration, at a crucial moment marked by discussions of Constitutional Amendment Proposal (PEC) 38/25 and other measures aimed at transparency, agility, and efficiency in the Brazilian State. 

The program will begin at 5:30 PM with the panel “The Agenda for a Brazilian Administrative Reform: Trajectory and Perspectives for the Modernization of the State,” moderated by Cibele Franzese (FGV EAESP). Participants in the debate include Fernando Coelho (USP), Renata Vilhena (FDC), Carlos Ari Sundfeld (FGV Direito SP), and João Paulo Bachur (IDP). 

Next, at 7 pm, there will be a panel discussion titled “The Executive Branch’s Vision on the State Modernization Agenda and on the PEC 38/25 Proposal,” moderated by Jessika Moreira, executive director of the People at the Forefront Movement. The session will feature a special appearance by the minister, who will present the federal government’s perspective on the direction of the administrative reform.
