Digital exclusion hampered the access of the poorest families to emergency aid during the pandemic, according to a study by the FGV/Cemif (Centre for the Study of Microfinance and Financial Inclusion, of the Getulio Vargas Foundation).

The survey, by the coordinator of Cemif, Lauro Gonzalez, and the researcher Marcelo Araújo used as a basis data from the second edition of the Covid-19 TIC panel, by Cetic (Regional Center for Studies for the Development of the Information Society), carried out between June and September of last year.
