Dialogue between motherhood and career: event promotes the launch of the FGVninas in Leadership Committee

In Women's Month, the São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) launches the FGVninas in Leadership committee, which aims to promote gender equality and discuss issues relevant to women's professional development. The event will be held on March 5, at 5:30 p.m., in the Noble Hall, in São Paulo.

The theme to be explored will be "Dialogue between Motherhood and Career", addressing the repercussions of the 2023 Nobel Prize in Economics. The "burden of motherhood" and strategies to reconcile motherhood, fatherhood and career will be discussed.

The panel will feature diverse voices representing different experiences and perspectives of women leaders in their fields, contributing to an inclusive discussion. In addition, there will be a presentation by the FGVnianas Network, where women entrepreneurs and leaders will share inspiring stories of their companies and trajectories.

The event is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful and reflective dialogue. There will be an initial moment to get to know the participants better and network. The event is open to the FGV community and all people interested in the topic of gender equality, including women who are considering motherhood, as well as those who have chosen not to have children and men.
