Credicitrus Project trains professionals in the area of ​​leadership and innovation

As a result of a partnership between FGV In Company and the Credicitrus Institute, in 2022, the Graduate Course in Leadership and Innovation was developed  . The course came to an end in March 2023 successfully. In total, three Graduate classes were formed, being exclusive to Sicoob Credicitrus members and with the presence of 153 Credicitrus employees, who attended the Graduate course.

Initiated in August 2019, the partnership with Instituto Credicitrus aims to:

  • Expand the ability to do good;
  • Develop a sense of belonging in Credicitrus members;
  • Solidify the involvement of the body of employees;
  • Act directly in the communities where they are present.

The course was carried out with the objective of developing the strategic skills necessary for the development of the cooperative's professionals and had three pillars for its construction:

  • Cooperativism
  • social entrepreneurship
  • ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance)

Some themes addressed in the disciplines were: Storytelling; Negotiation and Conflict Management; Ethics and Sustainability; Self-knowledge and Professional Trajectory; Neurobusiness: fundamentals, performance and results, among others.

The course structure contains online disciplines (e-class) with  proactive tutoring  and also professor-tutors with market experience. In addition, the Postgraduate course has   100% online business games that simulate the management of a company, predicting the estimated result based on scenarios, finding solutions to problems and standing out in relation to the competition. At the end, a report is delivered that highlights the indicators and actions worked on.

According to course coordinator Marcos Flavio, “the big challenge was to bring together a group of 150 participants with different life stories, different career experiences and different learning expectations, but with the common goal of qualifying the work developed at Credicitrus. The challenge was won. And this can be seen in the joy of each face, in the reflective capacity of each mind and in the spirit of learning that does not end, but only develops”.

For the director of FGV In Company, João Lins, “the partnership with Credicitrus is very important for FGV in Company, not only because Credicitrus is today one of the main credit unions in the country, impacting the lives of thousands of members and of its businesses, but for the alignment of values ​​and purpose between our institutions, both committed to the country's economic and social development. Contributing to the training of Credicitrus employees is also a way of contributing to the development of the Brazilian cooperative movement”.

Credit Institute

The  Credicitrus Institute  was founded on August 28, 2019 to represent the evolution in Credicitrus' social and environmental responsibility policy and aims to develop and support internal and external actions in the educational, social and cultural areas.

It also promotes initiatives in favor of conscious consumption, the generation of clean and renewable energy and the defense, preservation and conservation of the environment, encouraging voluntary work, innovation and cooperativism.
