Ageless knowledge: a new look at learning after 60

In a context of constant transformation and appreciation of longevity, staying intellectually active is a strategic choice. For many people over 60 years old, the search for new learning does not mean starting over, but rather expanding repertoires and deepening already consolidated experiences.
This is the proposal of the Professional Master's Degree in Management for Competitiveness at FGV EAESP, which offers an exclusive line for people over 65 years old. Aimed at those who already work professionally and wish to strengthen their intellectual capital, the program reinforces the idea that knowledge is a continuous process.
"MPGC 65+ is an innovative program, part of FGV EAESP's lifelong learning strategy, which aims to get people back to studying and developing," explains Gilberto Sarfati, coordinator of the course.
For Jorge Ronghe, MPGC 65+ student, the experience has been enriching: "It has added a lot to me, in terms of professional and personal experience. I found the debates very engaging, the way the meetings were conducted. The experiences of each participant."
By promoting this type of initiative, FGV reaffirms its commitment to human development at all stages of life.
