How to prepare for interviews in English in the finance sector

The interview is one of the main stages of the selection process because from there recruiters choose whether or not to hire the candidate for the job. When the conversation with the employer needs to be developed in English, the challenge of those interested in an occupation in the job market increases. Many do not master the language, use technical terms in a language other than their native language, or feel insecure in a situation in which they are being evaluated.

Thinking about all these issues, the FGV EAESP Career Center promotes a lecture on how to prepare for interviews in English in the financial sector and invites an expert on the subject to address the topic. The speaker is Susan Hawkins, director of SHP Financial Training, a finance school that offers professional qualification courses taught in English and has international recognition in the field.

The event is exclusively for FGV EAESP students. It will take place next Wednesday, March 11, from 11 am to 12:30 pm, in room 607 in the John F. Kennedy Building, located at Av. 9 de Julho, 2029, in Bela Vista, in São Paulo - SP.
