Face-to-face classes around every two months, online-live classes around every two weeks (evening) and asynchronous activities. In addition, OneMBA students will experience three global residencies covering six countries and in five continents.

Established in 2002, OneMBA is a truly global executive MBA. OneMBA is fully taught in English and explores current topics in the business environment and discusses the best management practices in each region of the globe, developing a worldview based on different perspectives and meanings.
The course curriculum is composed of:
- Global residencies: three immersions in six countries of five continents covering a variety of regional topics, visits to local and multinational companies, social and cultural experiences, as well as leadership exercises and teamwork and networking with students from the partner schools .
- Global courses: in which students are part of teams with participants from other countries who represent diversity in terms of academic background, professional area of activity, industries and age. These courses include a comprehensive project that requires skills of teamwork (remote and face -to -face) and of business evaluation from a variety of conceptual perspectives.
- Local courses: which contribute to accelerating students' professional success by addressing region -specific content and challenges.
- Knowledge Tracks: composed of short -term workshops on current themes and megatrends, offered in different formats.
- Social Impact Challenge: conducted primarily asynchronously, this project is aligned with ESG concepts and offers students the opportunity to work in a consultative manner with small social -impact businesses, discussing social and environmental issues, and co -creating a solution to the proposed challenge.
- Business Game Simulation: encompasses all the knowledge acquired in the courses and allows students to make informed decisions in a virtual environment that emulates business reality.

The investment for the OneMBA Class of 2025 (opening in September 2024) is BRL 180,000,00 with payment in up to 24 monthly installments. This amount includes online teaching materials (excluding books), lunch and coffee breaks on full days of classes at FGV and part of the travel expenses* to the three global residences.
*Included expenses: lodging during the days of the residencies, with breakfast and lunch; transport for visits to companies; flights between countries of the residency.
Requirements
The OneMBA Admissions Committee conducts a careful selection of the applicants to admit executives and entrepreneurs with business experience, maturity, ambition, as well as cultural diversity.
Requirements:
- Minimum professional experience of seven years;
- Management experience;
- Two letters of recommendation;
- Proficiency in English

Financing and scholarships
Discounts• 10% discount for FGV Alumni who completed a long-term program (minimum of 360h).
• 10% discount for candidates who live in other Latin America countries and will travel to Brazil to pursue the OneMBA program, or who will relocate to Brazil to pursue the OneMBA program.
• 5% discount for candidates who are officially recommended by a OneMBA alumnus/alumna (recommendation letter must be submitted directly from the alumnus/alumna to the OneMBA Selection Committee by email, to onemba@fgv.br.
• Employees of specific companies that are FGV EAESP partners receive a discount. The percentage of that discount varies according to the agreement with each individual partner. To learn more, please write to admissionsoffice@fgv.br.
The maximum cumulative discount available for applicants is 10%.
Refundable ScholarshipCandidates for the OneMBA program may finance up to 50% of the tuition with the Refundable Scholarship Fund of FGV EAESP. To apply for this refundable scholarship, the applicant must have been accepted in the program. For more information about this process, please send an email to onemba@fgv.br.

Students who graduate from OneMBA will be able to validate the content studied in the program to extend their learning in the MPA - Professional Master's Degree in Administration - and obtain a master's degree (stricto sensu) upon completing the disciplines of scientific methodology and passing their dissertations. In addition to validating courses already taken in the program, OneMBA alumni pay a special fee when enrolling in the MPA.

FGV EAESP Facilities
The FGV 9 de Julho Auditorium can accommodate 315 people, with six spaces for wheelchair users. It hosts around 80 events per year. It has a changing room, central air conditioning, a stage, a simultaneous interpretation booth and an entrance hall with facilities for coffee breaks for up to 160 guests. Open from 6 am to 10 pm, Monday to Friday, and 6 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
Smaller events are held in the FGV 9 de Julho Room, which can accommodate 88 audience members, plus a head table for up to six people. Fully accessible, it has a changing room, central air conditioning and an entrance hall that can be used for coffee breaks for up to 50 people on foot. Open from 6 am to 10 pm, Monday to Friday, and 6 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
The Karl A. Boedecker Library (BKAB) is part of the FGV Library System. Its archives span the areas of administration, economics, business, law and social sciences, including books, e-books, magazines, dissertations, theses and DVDs. The library’s users can also access databases containing journal articles, and economic, financial and legal information. It has individual and group study rooms and consultation terminals. On the library’s website, you can access the full list of services, available resources and opening hours.
FGV EAESP’s classrooms feature multimedia equipment, internet access and comfortable furniture to make learning dynamic and pleasant. There are also sponsored classrooms, which use equipment and resources paid for by partner companies in exchange for their logos being displayed to students and employees.
This sophisticated space for events holds up to 150 seated people and it has three head tables for up to seven people each. The infrastructure includes a staff break room and elevator for physically impaired people. The Noble Room functions from 6 am to 11 pm, Monday to Friday, and 6 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
An innovative space created to host academic activities, CoLab is based on a modern and distinct learning model involving collaborative and action-oriented methodologies. Its principles are empathy, a focus on human beings and sharing of responsibilities.
The sports court is a meeting point for students and it also hosts sports events such as indoor soccer and basketball championships. The court is administered by Atlética, an FGV EAESP student organization.
Espaço NEON is FGV’s entrepreneurship area, which brings together FGVcenn (Center for Entrepreneurship and New Businesses), GVentures (FGV’s business accelerator), or GVAngels (FGV’s Angel Investors) and the League of Entrepreneurship (Student Entity in entrepreneurship). There, FGV’s entrepreneurship ecosystem works collaboratively, stimulating innovation and new businesses.
Located at the school’s main entrance on Rua Itapeva, this large space fosters interaction between students and employees.
The Computer Teaching and Research Laboratories (LEPI) are formed by a set of facilities equipped with state-of-the-art microinformatics resources, with access to the local network, the school's academic systems and the internet, and are available to students for research purposes, works and studies. The Laboratories are also used in hands-on classes, simulation exercises, games, group works, web-based testing, EAD content, and other applications where the computer network plays a relevant role in learning. Based on Avenida 9 de Julho, in the neighborhood of Bela Vista in Sao Paulo, FGV EAESP is composed of a main 12-floor building, the Karl A. Boedecker Library building, and the Getulio Vargas Auditorium, as well as a multisport court and two annex buildings, located at Rua Itapeva, 432. The classrooms, videoconferencing rooms, IT laboratories and integrated systems, all sponsored, are located in FGV Sao Paulo’s different buildings.
The School’s main administrative office, academic departments, most of its administrative departments, the Noble Hall and the Getulio Vargas Academic Office also occupy the main office, as do the professors’ social space, the outpatient medical center, two restaurants and two snack bars. The annex buildings house some administrative departments and student groups such as Aiesec, the Junior Companies group, the Athletics Association and the Employees’ Association.
