Frequently asked questions
Can I start the new course before I have completed my first degree?
Yes, only for FGV-SP bachelor's students who have passed the internal double degree selection process.
Is the course face-to-face or distance learning?
The course is in the face-to-face mode, which allows up to 40% of the workload to be taught via Distance Learning (EAD), in accordance with MEC Ordinance No. 2.117/19.
Classes will be mixed, with 60% face-to-face and 40% live (online synchronously), on alternate weeks.
Thus, although the classes will be mixed between face-to-face and live (semi-presential or blended format), the diploma will be for a face-to-face course.

I'm studying for or have already completed an AE or AP degree at FGV EAESP. Is it necessary to take all the AE or AP electives indicated, i.e. those that are compulsory in the new course?
It is not necessary to have taken all the electives indicated in order to be able to take the 2nd degree.
If you have already completed your AS or AP, or if there are only a few semesters left, and you haven't taken all the electives indicated, you will have the opportunity to take them while you are studying at the AFA.
If you still have several semesters to go before you finish your AS or AP and you are interested in doing your second degree at the AFA, the more of the electives indicated you can still do in AS or AP, the fewer subjects you will have left to complete at the AFA.
If you complete all the electives indicated, you'll only have 40 credits left if your first degree is AE, or only 68 credits if your first degree is AP.
How much will be charged for the new course?
You will only be charged for the subjects you need to complete the new course, at the same rate as the EAESP Business Administration course.
