By analyzing the process of implementing public policies, it seeks to understand what challenges exist and how to improve them.

To diagnose and propose improvements to issues related to the implementation of the curriculum in order to have a positive impact on student learning and reduce educational inequalities.

To be a center of national and international reference in the production of knowledge on the implementation of educational policies, contributing to the continuous improvement of the school curriculum and the promotion of a more equitable and efficient educational system.
