Women in Leadership: Fifth edition of the webinar series welcomes Vice President of Neonergia

The Women in Leadership webinar series is reaching its 5th edition. The event is an opportunity to expand your knowledge about women's empowerment, understand the challenges faced by women in leadership roles, and gain valuable insights on how to create more inclusive and equitable corporate environments. This edition will take place on August 2nd, starting at 6:00 PM, and will feature Solange Ribeiro, Vice President of Neonergia. The discussion will revolve around the challenges and opportunities of gender equality in leadership from the perspective of a woman in high management within the energy sector.

Among the topics to be addressed are the necessary initiatives to promote gender equality in leadership positions, inclusive practices, and inspiring women to pursue their goals without being intimidated by stereotypes or societal limitations.

The webinar will feature guest speaker Luiz Roberto Bezerra, Research Coordinator of the Electric Power Sector at FGV Energia, who will bring the male perspective into the discussion, and Karen Spencer, a professor and psychologist, who will mediate the webinar.
