Academy of Management holds an exclusive session for the Brazilian academy for the first time
Alketa Peci, professor at FGV EBAPE and President of the National Association of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Administration (ANPAD), was present at the 83rd Meeting of the Academy Of Management (AOM), in Boston, USA, at two important events organized by the association, in partnership with the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV EBAPE), São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP), among other Brazilian administration schools.
The Brazilian Academy Reception is a partnership between ANPAD and FGV EBAPE, FGV EAESP, Fundação Dom Cabral, Insper and UFPR. During the event, the “Brazilian Academy of Management Reception” was held, a session held for the first time at the congress; and the Forum for Leaders of the Academy's Affiliated & Associated Societies.
The initiative was part of the official program of the AOM Annual Meeting and aimed to highlight Brazilian academia and establish significant connections internationally, providing not only an environment for fraternization, exchange of experiences and knowledge between national and international researchers and scholars, but also It is also an opportunity to strengthen the international visibility of schools. The event received more than 150 Brazilian and international participants.
