The School of Business Administration of São Paulo (FGV EAESP) will hold a seminar on the challenges and solutions of Artificial Intelligence in the insurance market. The event will have the participation of experts who will address relevant topics on the use of the tool in the sector.

Rodrigo Herzog, Director of Auto Claims at Porto Seguro, will discuss the application of AI in auto insurance. Leandro Bordo da Rocha, Director of Operations and Claims at HDI Seguros, will talk about decision-making in property and casualty claims, addressing operational efficiency and fraud prevention.

The debates will be mediated by Eduardo de Rezende Francisco, professor at the Department of Technology and Data Science at FGV EAESP, and Rodrigo Togneri, also a professor at the same department.

The event is an opportunity for professionals in the insurance sector, academics and interested parties in general to discuss innovations and challenges related to the use of AI in the insurance market.
