Green Microfinance
Due to their low adaptive capacity, the millions of microfinance clients around the world are the most vulnerable to climate change. Adapting previous analyses conducted in Nepal and Bangladesh by Agrawala and Maëlis (2010) to the Brazilian context, in this qualitative inductive study, we seek to assess possible synergies between microfinance and climate change actions.
