Feasibility of Implementing Urban Distribution Centers (UDC) in the City of São Paulo

To analyze the variables that influence the financial and operational viability of an Urban Distribution Center (UDC) in the city of São Paulo, identifying the actors critical to the success of such a logistics operation, as well as suggesting a multi-variable evaluation model for decision-making linked to the implementation of this type of operation.
