The aim of this year's course will be to analyze general trends in the field of public administration through lectures by guest researchers and class discussions. The readings and discussions will cover important debates on a selection of relevant topics to advance theoretical and practical discussions. We will try to answer the following questions:

1) Why is the topic important for public administration?
2) What do we know and what don't we know about the topic? Why don't we know and how can we understand more and advance the field on the subject?
3) What questions are people in academia and in practice trying to answer?
