The course aims to present and discuss the challenges and trends in people management in organizations today. To this end, relevant theories and concepts and their applicability in relation to attracting, retaining and developing people will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on the problems and tensions that emerge from practice and the possible paths pointed out by the various theoretical approaches.
