Over the last few decades, the world has undergone profound changes, which have brought about a growing dominance of digital tools, media and platforms.

and the types of work and management they engender, have strongly affected organizations and people management.

This course looks at these transformations of the Digital Age, their background and their effects, in at least three dimensions:

- how the digital age has transformed the workforce;
- how it has transformed work itself;
- finally, the various ways in which it has changed people management and its implications for competitiveness.
