The course presents a systematic and critical view of the main elements of organizational behavior and their implications for contemporary organizations, based on the individual-work-organization relationship throughout the evolution of organizational studies: Motivation, perception, communication, quality of life and stress at work, values in relation to work, culture, commitment, competence, organizational ambience, leadership. It also considers the articulation with emerging themes and new research agendas in the field of organizational behavior studies.
