This course aims to analyze business situations involving the integration of financial knowledge applied to operations and supply chain management decisions, such as demand planning and purchasing management, inventory management, logistics costs and Total Cost of Ownership. As a specific objective, the course aims to understand the value added by operations and logistics to companies' bottom lines.
