Companies create value in their relationships with their customers and suppliers. To maximize this value, you need to know how to manage expectations and results in each relationship, whether internal or external to the organization. And developing the integration of processes and activities requires effort and commitment between the different areas, as well as coordination and the exchange of information, making it necessary to eliminate the so-called silo mentality. In this course, the LEAN THINKING management philosophy is adopted to provide a path for how the various dimensions of relationships can be implemented and improved.
In this way, this course aims to analyze the different dimensions in the management of these relationships through a project to implement the LEAN philosophy in organizations. In addition, the aim is to use some of the tools in the LEAN system to analyze and solve management problems.
