The Pedagogical Innovation Hub held the III Pedagogical Innovation Seminar (SIP) on October 29th, in the Main Hall of FGV EAESP , in São Paulo. The event brought together professors, coordinators, directors, and researchers from various units of the Foundation to discuss the future of higher education and the transformations necessary to strengthen institutional pedagogical practice. 

With the theme "The future of higher education: adaptation and innovation in educational pathways ," the meeting promoted a space for reflection, exchange of experiences, and co-creation on practices that support the evolution of teaching and the development of the academic community. 

The morning's program was dedicated to reflecting on FGV today . At the opening session, leaders from the Schools shared challenges, experiences, and perspectives on the institution's future. Initiatives that reinforce the Foundation's innovative character were highlighted, such as the launch of the REAG Magazine (FGV EAESP) and the presentation of the Media Lab (FGV Communication) . Participants also took part in a co-creation exercise aimed at collectively understanding the FGV community, its current challenges, and opportunities in the field of education. 

In the afternoon, the debate turned to the future of FGV . HIP presented the preliminary results of the research " Future of Higher Education: Adaptation and Innovation in Educational Pathways ." Following this, faculty and researchers participated in collaborative discussions on the institutional pillars for 2030, reflecting on tradition, innovation, and strategic paths for strengthening pedagogical practices. 

By promoting the third edition of SIP, the Pedagogical Innovation Hub reaffirms its role as a permanent space for reflection, experimentation, and collective construction focused on pedagogical innovation and the future of education at the Getulio Vargas Foundation.
