Specialized classes expand continuing education opportunities for the 65+ age group.

The São Paulo School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EAESP) is promoting an initiative aimed at people aged 65 and over interested in updating their knowledge in management areas. The MPGC 65+ Program , linked to the Professional Master's Degree in Management for Competitiveness, allows qualified candidates to take regular courses as individual students, with the program scheduled to begin in February 2026.

Participants must hold a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields, such as Economics, Accounting, International Trade, or specialization programs in Administration. The program allows for up to four credits per semester, with a total limit of twelve credits. All credits earned can be transferred to the program if the candidate later enrolls as a regular student in the MPGC. Each course can accommodate up to three students from the MPGC 65+ program.

The available research areas are Finance and Controlling, Marketing Management, Human Resources Management, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Innovation, Sustainability, and Information Technology.

More information is available on the program's webpage. Questions can be sent to mestradosespecializados@fgv.br
