Professional Master in Competitiveness Management at FGV is open for registration
Interested parties have until December 2nd to apply
Enrollment for the class of the 2020 of the Professional Master in Competitiveness Management at Getulio Vargas Foundation School of Business Administration in São Paulo (FGV EAESP) will close next week, on 12/02.
The 18-month course aims at integrating academic teaching with practice. Students have direct contact with FGV EAESP’s Study Centers, enabling the connection of theory with what is applicable in the market, through seminars, debates and research related to the student's line of study.
One of the course's advantages is that students can build their curriculum and participate in modules with students from universities that are members of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) - a program that brings together more than 28 universities, including Yale, Berkeley, etc. - and also choose subjects from other masters courses offered by EAESP.
There are currently seven lines of research available:
- Supply Chain
- Retail
- Sustainability
- Health Management
- IT
- Finance and Controlling
- People Management
Classes are biweekly (evenings, Fridays and full-time on Saturdays), allowing greater flexibility for those coming from outside of São Paulo. Some subjects are offered by the Small Network Online Course (SNOC) system, which brings together small groups of students, where teachers conduct the lessons by crossing discussions about asynchronous content such as guided readings, exercises, cases, and recorded theoretical classes with discussions centered on the participant's learning. At the end of the course, with the course completion assignment, the student receives the title of master.
