FGV Ventures opens space with panel of startups that were accelerated by the program
Earlier this month, FGV Ventures, the startup accelerator at the São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP), opened a space to highlight all the startups accelerated by the program. The brands of startups that have gone through the project and are still active are on display in the main building of FGV EAESP, across from Ambev's Entrepreneurship Hub. The wall is a tribute to the effort and success of these entrepreneurs, who are now leaving their legacy to inspire even more students to follow the path of entrepreneurship.
In this initiative, startups undergo a 4-month program that includes training in topics such as governance, marketing, internal processes and valuation calculation, biweekly strategic monitoring and mentoring with market professionals. Early stage startups that already have a validated product and are generating revenue or are in a position to start generating revenue soon are accepted .
More than 80 startups have been accelerated by FGV Ventures since 2016. Together, they have already raised more than 150 million reais in investment, with a combined valuation of more than 500 million.
