Experts discuss risk assessment, control and mitigation in agribusiness
The assessment, control and mitigation of risk in agribusiness have been widely debated in recent years due to the importance of this industry for Brazil and the international market. In view of this, the School of Business Administration of São Paulo (FGV EAESP) will hold an event with experts to discuss the topic.
The workshop will discuss how the vision of risk management in a holistic, integrated and strategic context can help identify, analyze, measure and monitor the risks of the entire agribusiness chain (production, resale, industry, etc.).
The meeting will cover everything from concepts on enterprise risk management to risk governance mechanisms that can be used in a strategic vision to create value for companies. The final discussion will be focused on the needs of a new business model for insurance in the sector.
