Doctoral Program in Public and Business Administration opens applications for foreigners
The School of Business Administration of São Paulo (FGV EAESP) opens registration for the Selection Process for the Academic Doctorate in Business Administration and Academic Doctorate in Public Administration and Government courses.
The vacancies are exclusively intended for researchers from developing countries interested in submitting proposals to the CNPq/TWAS – UNESCO Program, to receive a scholarship to carry out a Full Doctorate in Brazil starting in the 2nd semester of 2025 or in the 1st semester of 2026.
The joint CNPq, Unesco and TWAS scholarship program
The program aims to collaborate with developing countries in the training of researchers, promote scientific and technological advancement in strategic areas, encourage the internationalization of Brazilian universities and create cooperation networks between foreign scientists and Brazilian institutions.
In addition, it seeks to promote education and scientific dissemination to the general public, involving schools, museums, science centers, zoos and other institutions dedicated to the popularization of knowledge.

Scholarship Worthiness
FGV EAESP guarantees, through the scholarship fee, the exemption of tuition fees to all candidates approved in this notice and effectively enrolled. However, the full-time scholarship is subject to the rules and availability established by the partnership between the CNPq (National Council for Scientific and Technological Development) and UNESCO-TWAS.
