How many vacancies are there?
There are 50 vacancies per year.
Will I be exempt from all the subjects I took during my first degree?
For former students who studied their bachelor's degree at FGV-SP, the list of subjects that will be waived at the AFA has already been defined.
For all other cases, the waiver of subjects will be analyzed by a committee, based on the transcript and syllabus of the previous course, which the candidate must submit when registering for the selection process.
I completed a Technologist program at FGV. Should I apply through Mode I or Mode II? Former FGV Technologist students apply through Mode II, assessed by their scores in Mathematics and Logical Reasoning tests.
Former FGV students in Technological courses are eligible for Modality II, whose 1st phase is evaluated by the score in the Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and English tests, carried out at the company Primeira Escolha (www.primeiraescolha.com.br/fgv).
By what date do I need to register in order to know, before enrollment, how many credits I will need to take at the AFA?
The waiver of subjects taken in your previous undergraduate/postgraduate course is analyzed by professors of each subject, based on the transcript and syllabus of the subjects taken.
If you wish to know which subjects can be waived before you register (early analysis of subject waivers), you will need to complete your registration (taking into account the upload of all documents) by the date indicated for discounted registration in "Annex 1" of the Public Notice. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough time for us to carry out this analysis before enrollment.
After enrolling, you will need to formalize the Request for Dismissal of Subjects (or Use of Studies), confirming your interest in dismissing all or only some of the subjects indicated in the table of equivalent / dismissed subjects (informed by the Course Coordination).
