Webinar promotes debate on supplementary health

The Center for Studies in Health Planning and Management (FGVsaúde) of the São Paulo Business Administration School (FGV EAESP) will hold a free online debate with the theme "Balancing the playing field: how contractors can face the growing accident rate in supplementary health". Open to the public, the event will take place on April 25, at 7:15 pm and will be shown live on FGV's YouTube channel.

The growing accident rate observed in supplementary health has brought relevant impacts for health operators and contractors. Many factors contribute to these rates and, in many situations, there is no consensus among the different stakeholders of the system. In this edition of the FGVsaúde Debates, factors such as excess demand, possible waste and recurring increases in prices charged by providers will be discussed.     

The lectures will be given by Cesar Lopes, leader of Lockton Brasil's Benefits Consulting division; and Luis Feitoza, entrepreneur at Arquitetos da Saúde. Alberto Ogata, Guest Professor at FGV EAESP will moderate the event.
