Leadership in new times is the topic of a webinar

FGV Educação Executiva promotes the webinar Leadership for a new time: Insights from the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management for leadership development . Open to the public, the event will be held on September 13th, at 6pm, on the FGV YouTube channel.

The virtual debate will address the main themes presented during the annual meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM), the largest Administration congress in the world, which was attended by 87 Brazilians at this year's edition.

Among the themes that will be developed are: the development of organizational leaders for the “new globe”; purpose and responsible leadership; growth mindset and organizational change; leadership and its effective communication; the growing role of mindfulness; fear and reluctance in organizational leaders; among other subjects.

The guest speakers are: Anderson Sant'Anna; professor at the Department of Administration and Human Resources at FGV EAESP and Marcello Romani, course coordinator at FGV In Company. The moderator will be João Lins, Executive Director of FGV In Company
