FGV Educação Executiva promotes the Executive Education Forum at its unit in Brasília. Open to the public, the event will be held on the 12th, 14th, 19th and 21st of March, at 7:30 pm, at FGV Brasília. The event brings together professors, consultants and organization leaders to discuss and reflect on issues that have guided today's main socioeconomic issues.

12/03 – Management, Regulation and Transparency in ESG: challenges until 2030

This lecture will explore the role of ESG regulation in promoting sustainable business practices and its impact on business in Brazil and around the world. Standardization and transparency result in better understanding and comparison of ESG performance, and new regulations are seeking to not only mitigate risk, protect reputation, but also open doors to more robust sustainable investments. Aligning with the Global Goals, the ESG agenda has encouraged innovation for sustainable products and services, exploring new nuances of human rights and seeking the frontier of knowledge against climate change.

It will also be emphasized how ChatGPT fits into the universe of artificial intelligence and what to expect from now on from an ethical and application point of view.

03/19 – Digital Government: Assessment of Policies and New Agendas

The use of digital technologies is essential for modernizing public service provision processes, citizens' access to data and information relating to government action and social participation in government decisions. Therefore, it is important to analyze digital government policies, in particular, strategic issues related to state capabilities, innovation, accessibility, security, social participation and evidence-driven public policies.

03/21 – Career and Employability: the role of intelligence in the journey to leadership

This talk will explore different types of intelligence – including how Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) – play a crucial role in career development and improving employability. It will also be discussed how IQ, traditionally associated with cognitive ability, contributes to complex problem solving and strategic decision making. In contrast, EQ, which involves the ability to understand and manage emotions, is fundamental to effective leadership and building productive working relationships. In addition, the growing impact of AI on the job market and how it is redefining the skills needed to lead in the 21st century will also be addressed. The lecture is essential for professionals who aspire to leadership positions and want to understand how to integrate these different forms of intelligence into their professional trajectories to maximize their employability.
