The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) emphasize the importance of education to eliminate poverty, to reduce corruption and bribery and to guarantee greater integrity and prosperity for all. The center of studies FGVethics and FGVsaúde, with the support of the company Johnson & Johnson and the institutional support of the NGO Instituto Ética Saúde, joined efforts to build the Initiative Compliance in the Development of the Healthcare Professional, that seeks to meet the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (in particular SDG 16), through a collective action, with the objective to develop educational materials for higher education professors from medical schools. The set of educational university materials and activities modules were developed by more than 60 stakeholders from the health sector (including academia, medical doctors, compliance officers, hospital managers, executives and public officers etc.), who were part of the collective action Initiative Compliance in the Development of the Healthcare Professional.

Compliance4Health is a set of educational university materials and activities modules designed, developed and reviewed by the Initiative Compliance in the Development of the Healthcare Professional. The goal of the Compliance4Health is to help university professors to teach the next generation of medical school students to better address integrity issues on the following topics: 1) Corruption and Anticorruption; 2) Compliance; and 3) Organizational Culture.

The set of educational university materials and activities is open source and available for free, and it was designed as educational modules for use as independent teaching resource or unit into current syllabi, or as means to assist professors to develop classes in their current or new courses, in order to attend the individual needs of each professor.

FGVethics and FGVsaúde invite academics to use the set of educational university materials and activities modules, to give us your feedbacks and to join in the Compliance4Health Network. If you want to participate in the Network, please send an email to ethics@fgv.br.

TERM OF USE FOR EDUCATIONAL MODULES

The center of studies FGVethics and FGVsaúde, with the support of the company Johnson & Johnson and the institutional support of the NGO Instituto Ética Saúde, joined efforts to develop a set of educational university materials and activities modules to help university professors to teach the next generation of medical school students to better address integrity issues problems on the following topics: 1) Corruption and Anti-Corruption; 2) Compliance; and 3) Organizational Culture. The documents, information, contents, activities (Materials) that integrate the educational modules can be used for all free of charge, provided that for non-commercial use.

All information related to the set of educational university materials and activities modules is from open sources and available for free on Internet.

The individuals and legal entities mentioned herein have the only purpose to reflect educational case studies, without judgment value by FGV and/or its professors and coordinators.
