Sofia Ferraz

PhD in Business from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP), Master in Business and Controllership from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), and graduated in Administration from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and in Social Communication from the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR ), with academic exchange at the Universidad de Salamanca (Salamanca, Spain). She was a visiting researcher at Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) and York University (Toronto, Canada) through the Emerging Leaders of the Americas Program (ELAP). She was selected as a visiting researcher in the Fulbright / CAPES program, during her doctorate, for Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky (Lexington, United States). She is currently a professor in the marketing area at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM-SP) and at the São Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP-FGV). She has worked with companies like Natura, Sanofi and Whirlpool. She is interested in research in the Business field, with an emphasis on Marketing, working with the following themes: consumer behavior, Transformative Consumer Research (TCR), social marketing, gender and sustainability.
