Bachelor in Business Administration at The Universidade de São Paulo (1970), Master in Business Administration (Marketing) at The Universidade de São Paulo (1973) and PhD in Marketing at The University of Texas at Austin, minors in Communications and Resources Allocation (1977). Has extensive experience in the academic arena in Business Administration education as well as in the applied areas of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Innovation, Marketing research, Planning and Management.
