Guilherme Garcia Belloque

Professor at the Accounting and Finance Graduation Department in Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EAESP-FGV). He was Professor and Vice-Coordinator of the Finance Department of the Graduation Program in Administration at the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP). Master in Accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Bachelor in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV. He has 16 years of experience in Strategic Management and Financial Management, with emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance for Concessions and PPPs, and Implementation of Management Tools. He was a partner at Baker Tilly Brasil, an associate of Baker Tilly International, the eighth largest consulting and auditing firm in the world. He worked for major national and international institutions, as consultant or executive, with special emphasis on PREVI, Gafisa SA, Valia, Invepar, Eletrosul, Citelum (EDF Group), Riopolímeros and Banco do Brasil. He worked on the e-Platform, the former Venture Capital fund of Unibanco (now Itaú), which made the first capital investment of Buscapé. He is currently the co-founder of Tutoia Consultoria Estratégica e Financeira. He has international experience in trainee programs at General Motors India and at the UBS Bank, in Switzerland. He is a Member of the Fiscal Council the Humanaterra Institute.
