Ana Pliopas is Doctor in Business administration from Getulio Vargas Foundation. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation - SP (2004) and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1986). Ana is an experienced Executive Coach and Human Resources Professional who has been working for more than 20 years in large global organizations such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, ING and Itaú-Unibanco. Coaching has been the conducting wire of her activities as a professional coach, teacher and executive leader of large teams. Ana's success in conducting coaching with experienced executives and young people of high potential is due to her executive career, her proximity to the academic world, her differentiated training in coaching and supervision, and a continuous dedication to her own development. Ana leads the supervision of groups of coaches and has been supervised for more than 4 years; in addition, she is a "Master Certified Coach" (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
