  • BUSINESS SIMULATION GAMES DYNAMICS

The course presents concepts of management, decision making, and data analysis using two simulation games. The context of game dynamics allows the student to understand competition and its decisions, as complex and adaptive systems that are extremely difficult to predict, but subject to monitoring and management. Initially students will analyze the allocation of resources, the construction of experiments, and how to increase the marginal return of marketing activities in the context of non-durable consumer goods (B2C market). And later students will analyze the logic of customer centricity in the context of industrial sales (B2B market), evaluating a market with individual consumers with specific attributes, learning to discern which are the best customers, how long their relationship with the company is expected to last, and how to leverage that relationship to create a winning strategy.
