Paulo Eduardo Ferreira de Souza Marzionna
Paulo Marzionna holds a PhD in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, ILR School. He also holds a MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration from FGV-EAESP (CEAG), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from University of São Paulo. His current research focuses on conflict management at the workplace, alternative dispute resolution methods, and workplace bullying, with a special focus on the Brazilian banking sector and the usage of Ombudsman Offices. He has presented his research in conferences in the US, Europe, and Brazil. In Cornell University he also worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant for courses in Labor and Employment Law, Labor Relations, Conflict Management and Negotiation. He has developed his professional career in the fields of Human Resource Management and Employment Law in the Brazilian banking sector. Currently he is also a consultant in conflict management and HR in Ithaca RH – Consultoria e Gestão.
