He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the São Paulo Business School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (1967), a Master's degree in Business Administration - Michigan State University (1970) and a doctorate in Finance - University of California, Los Angeles (1998). He has experience in the area of Administration, with emphasis in Financial Administration. He is the author of several articles in the Financial area published in the RAE (Business Administration Magazine); Magazine "The Industrial Manager" and Gazeta Mercantil.
