Adrian Kemmer Cernev
Professor FGV-EAESP (Getulio Vargas Foundation - School of Business Administration of São Paulo) with the IT and Quantitative Methods Applied to Administration (IMQ) Department since 2004. He was a Visiting Scholar in the University of California at Berkeley between 2015 and 2016, with the School of Information (iSchool). He acts as Academic Coordinator of MBA courses (lato sensu specialization) at FGV. He was a Coordinator of CAVIN (Institutional Evaluation Coordination) between 2009 and 2012, and Vice-Coordinator of the CEAG (Specialization Course in Graduate Management) course between 2008 and 2009. He is the Scientific Editor of Information Technology for Revista de Administração de Empresas (RAE). He was a professor at FIAP - Faculty of Computer Science and São Paulo Administration (2004-2016), professor at Insper, a professor at PUC-SP at FEA - Faculty of Economics, Administration, Accounting and Actuarial (2007 to 2008), and in the University Center of FEI (2004 to 2007). Doctor (PhD) in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP (with a thesis on Mobile Banking & Mobile Payments in Brazil), currently participating in research projects on Technological Innovation, Means of Payment, Cryptotomes and Blockchain, and IT for Development (ICT4D ). He has executive professional experience in technology and knowledge companies (Xerox do Brasil, WebGenesis Participações and others), working in the areas of information technology, telecommunications, marketing and general administration.
