Created in 2002, OneMBA is a global executive MBA awarded by the Financial Times as Best Executive MBA in Latin America. The program is fully taught in English and explores current topics in the business environment and discusses the best management practices in each region of the globe, developing in students a worldview based on different perspectives and meanings.
The course curriculum is composed of:
- Global residencies: three immersions in four continents and seven countries covering a variety of regional topics, visits to local and multinational companies, social and cultural experiences, as well as leadership exercises and teamwork and networking with students from the consortium schools .
- Global courses: where students are part of teams with participants from other countries who represent diversity in terms of academic background, professional area of activity, industries and age. These courses include a comprehensive project that requires skills of teamwork (remote and face-to-face) and of business evaluation from a variety of conceptual perspectives.
- Local courses: which contribute to accelerating students' professional success by addressing region-specific content and challenges.
- Knowledge Tracks: composed of short-term workshops on current themes and megatrends, offered in different formats to students from all schools in the consortium.
- Social Impact Challenge:conducted primarily asynchronously and with self-selected teams across schools in the consortium, this global project is aligned with ESG concepts and offers students the opportunity to work in a consultative manner with companies located in the countries where the schools of the OneMBA consortium are located, discussing social and environmental issues and delivering, at the end of the project, a solution to the proposed challenge.
- Business Game Simulation: encompasses all the knowledge acquired in the courses and allows students to make informed decisions in a risk-free virtual environment.
